GDI+ Image slider ?

Hello,

I'm looking for a script or someone who can help me doing this :

I want the bar content (with all the store pictures) to be draggable / scrollable horizontally, and the images clickable. If it could be semi transparent like on the screen, it would be great. Of course ( ), it has to be automatically sized for the screen.

I've seen a lot of wonderful things using GDI+ on this forum, but my level isn't enough at this time to hope make this script all by myself.

Edit : the point is to have a full access with a touch screen.
