Move Windows 7 Taskbar

I was wondering if anyone knew a proffesional way to move a Windows 7 Taskbar ?

The only way i can think of is, moving the mouse 2 the taskbar, holding mousedown, moving it and then releasing.

Well, the first hit on google for "api move taskbar", says this:

"Call SHAppBarMessage with ABM_SETPOS. For more information consult the MSDN, or use the forum search or internet search engine."

Yea, i remember a while back "as when i orginally started this idea" i found some hits on that but the research and forum search lead 2 a dead-end with experts sayin it wasn't really possible. Which is why i started this new thread, my hope is as time passes people get better and maybe someone came up with a creative idea
