Change Button Border?

I am attaching a screenshot of my current app that I am working on. My questions is, I was able to change the background of the tab (Thank you Melba23 ) however as you can see the background is the color I wanted but the buttons and other items have a grey/white border around them. Is there a way to make the grey/white border go away?

I figured it out, it turns out that the reason why the "border" of the buttons was grey was because the main GUI had a background of grey. Once I changed that the border because the same color as the tab.
