input multiple lines into Edit

Reinhardt1julian,

Some pointers: ;)

- What makes a "new line" - and how do you tell AutoIt you want to do this?

Hint:

Look in the Help file under "Macros"

- GUICtrlSetData replaces all the current data in the control. So how do you think you might add something to what is already there?

Hint:

GUICtrlRead might be a good thing to look up in the Help file

Finally, $ES_MULTILINE is a forced style for edit controls so you do not need to add it yourself. You might like to look at the Setting Styles tutorial in the Wiki - it explains about styles and how to use them correctly. ;)

Edit: I see you double posted this question - please do not do so again. :naughty:
