Am am working on a script and dont want to create 54 functions '

So is it posible to set the Function name to what i select in the ComboBox

Pass the value as a parameter:

$Combo1 = GUICtrlCreateCombo("", 8, 8, 145, 25, BitOR($CBS_DROPDOWNLIST, $CBS_AUTOHSCROLL))
GuiCtrlSetData(-1, "Item1|Item2|Item3|Item54")

Function_1(GuiCtrlRead($Combo1)) ; Here you pass the value to the function as a parameter

Func Function_1($sParam)
    ; The $sParam variable will hold the value set in the Combo
    MsgBox(0, "Param", $sParam)
EndFunc
