How to give focus back to previous window

I have a script which is activated by a click with the right mouse in whatever application.

It opens another program, does a few things.

My mouse is still in the previous program (from where I activated the script).

I want to give the focus back to this window.

How can I realize this?

(I don't know the name, because the script can be activated in whatever application).

You probably would run the other program or windows using ShellExecute or Run.

Use @SW_SHOWNOACTIVATE so that the focus doesn't shift to the new program.

Orelse

use _WinAPI_WindowFromPoint with the mousecoords to get the handle of the window below the mouse before executing any other program.

And when your program finishes, use WinActivate with the handle retrieved

My code:

PredictText: Predict Text of an Edit Control Like Scite. Remote Gmail: Execute your Scripts through Gmail. StringRegExp:Share and learn RegExp.

Run As System: A command line wrapper around PSEXEC.exe to execute your apps scripts as System (LSA). Database: An easier approach for _SQ_LITE beginners.

MathsEx: A UDF for Fractions and LCM, GCF/HCF. FloatingText: An UDF for make your text floating. Clipboard Extendor: A clipboard monitoring tool.

Custom ScrollBar: Scroll Bar made with GDI+, user can use bitmaps instead. RestrictEdit_SRE: Restrict text in an Edit Control through a Regular Expression.
