I am a lawyer that operates like a one man band. I get alot of email and spend way too much time searching for emails that I have received in the past days, weeks, months and years. I use Outlook and have recently been organizing my client files in OneNote.

It would be great if there was an Outlook "rule" or something similar that would automatically search each email that comes in for certain names or keywords and then automatically sends a copy of that email to a corresponding client "notebook" in OneNote. In fact, that would be a basic convenience for anyone that gets alot of emails and uses Onenote to orgainize their workload.

I searched the internet and found nothing, except a link to this site. The likelihood that I could figure out how do this on my own, however, is nil.

Again, as I noted above, I am basically a one man band, so I don't have a huge budget but I would certainly pay a few hundred dollars for such a thing, if anyone is interested. I have no interest in patenting, licensing, marketing, selling or anything else. I have enough work to do already as a lawyer.

mfrankel,

We do not accept requests for paid work here - but if anyone is interested they can contact you via your email address (if you see their response among all the spam that publishing it openly is likely to bring). ;)
