I understand it can be difficult to get your feet wet, but understand that this forum operates on the "teach a man to fish" motto. We do not hand out code usually, we'd rather you code something (even if it is not entirely working) and then learn how to improve it. I would suggest starting with GUICreate in the help file. Use Example #2 as your launching point, and try changing the different Parameters until you get the hang of what each one does. Then, post what you have here and we can help you with the next step.

The help file pretty much provides all you'll need to learn the language.

Open Scite for AutoIt and type

GuiCreate

And right after press F1. Cool eh? Every AutoIt function is accessible in this manner. At the bottom of the help page, they give you some examples. A lot of my first time learning to code, I copied the examples and changes parameters and added my own stuff to it to figure out how I can manipulate it.

GUI coding took me a couple of weeks to fully understand, mainly the concepts of control IDs and manipulating controls and multiple GUI instances.

Spoiler

“Hello, ladies, look at your man, now back to me, now back at your man, now back to me. Sadly, he isn’t me, but if he stopped using ladies scented body wash and switched to Old Spice, he could smell like he’s me. Look down, back up, where are you? You’re on a boat with the man your man could smell like. What’s in your hand, back at me. I have it, it’s an oyster with two tickets to that thing you love. Look again, the tickets are now diamonds. Anything is possible when your man smells like Old Spice and not a lady. I’m on a horse.”

BlazingKing,

You need to save the file first so that SciTE knows to turn on all the special stuff we have added for AutoIt. ;)
