how to click on a select button using class and role which are in subdivision of div

Hi everyone,

I want to automate picasweb.google.com

I automated 75 percentage,I am struck where i have to select photo from my computer.When I viewed IE developer tool to view html,it had only class name and role as button.Please help me how to access that button and help with code.I have attached the html script

According to the descriptive text in the document, it looks like the uploaded is actually a Flash file which you can't automate.
