List of Last Access Date for contents of folder on network share

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I’m looking to get the most recent last access time (Date) from the list of contents of a list of drives from a list of environments that are located in a txt file and output the results into another txt file.

For example -

Enviroment.txt

Env1

Env2

Env3

Get the last access date (FileGetTime A) for C$, D$, E$

So it would be something like the most recent last access date of the contents Env1C$

The output in csv format

Enviroment_Date.txt

Enviroment, Drive, Last Access Date

Env1, C, 4/22/2013

Env1, D, 4/14/2013

Env1, F, 1/14/2013

Env2, C, 3/22/2013

Env2, D, 4/14/2013

Env2, F, 2/14/2013

Env3, C, No Access

Env3, C, No Access

Env3, C, No Access

Env4, C, 3/23/2013

Env4, D, 4/11/2013

Env4, F, 2/13/2013

Thanks for your help,

-Rob

robrilla,

Welcome to the AutoIt forum. :)

There are number of CSV file to array scripts out there - try searching and see what you can find. Once you have the data in an array, you should have no problem accessing the data you need.

P.S. Can you stick to the default font in future please - some of us are getting on a bit and that post was originally rather difficult to read. ;)
