The problem with EnvSet function

FileChangeDir, @ScriptDir are not appropriate

Yes it is - albeit under EnvUpdate itself:

"For example, changes to the %path% environment might not take effect until you call EnvUpdate"

Even if to remove variables from %PATH% and to reboot, AutoIt3 all the same sees the "C:\Windows\System32\" folder. As though they are specified in AutoIt3.
