Ignoring cache in IE commands

Hi men, i need help on ignoring cache when using _IENavigate. Any clue?

also, if i try to open http://shattered.altervista.org/analisi2/asd/bernoulli_1.jpg with an _IENavigate, i get it rotated, dont really know why.

Take a look to IE.au3 file in includes dir.

Particulary for the internal function call __IENavigate who has a flag who can be set to navNoReadFromCache = 0x4
