Docfxit 7 Posted July 14, 2013 That works great. I entered another down to get set for the next line. Opt("WinWaitDelay",100) Opt("WinTitleMatchMode",4) Opt("WinDetectHiddenText",1) Opt("MouseCoordMode",0) WinActivate("[TITLE:Select updates to install;CLASS:CabinetWClass]") Local $iItem = 0 ;item index of the update If $iItem > 0 Then Send("{DOWN " & $iItem & "}") EndIf Send("{APPSKEY}{DOWN 2}{ENTER}{DOWN}") Thanks, Docfxit
Docfxit 7 Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) I can't get this to work any more. When I run this in debug $iItem is always equal to 0 Opt("WinWaitDelay",100) Opt("WinTitleMatchMode",4) Opt("WinDetectHiddenText",1) Opt("MouseCoordMode",0) WinActivate("[TITLE:Select updates to install;CLASS:CabinetWClass]") Local $iItem = 0 ;item index of the update If $iItem > 0 Then Send("{DOWN " & $iItem & "}") EndIf Send("{APPSKEY}{DOWN 2}{ENTER}{DOWN}") It sometimes goes through the If statement, If I click on the line with the mouse first. BrewManNH 1,304 Posted November 19, 2014 I hope you realize that $iItem will never be >0 in that script because you set it to 0 just before the If line? If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.Give a programmer the correct code and he can do his work for a day.
