So, i want them to not be able to scroll scrolling bars or slide sliders, but they should be able to press a hotkey, and the rest of the computer should work normally. That's why I don't want to use BlockInput

Although, if you have controls they can't use, what's the point of having the controls in the first place? If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise.
