OrthodoxyUSA Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Has anyone else run into problems using tools that worked properly in other versions of windows that now do not work in Windows 8? One of my custom applications will no take a drag and drop into a field as it had in previous versions of Windows. Any hints would be welcome! Paul

0xdefea7 Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 I have Windows 8 up right now if you can provide a reproducer. Otherwise, I personally have had to change nothing in my scripts to have them work as expected on Windows 8 (other than specifically dealing with the start menu or folder paths). I have a 8000+ line script that runs on Win 8 daily without issues, so I have no idea what is going on with yours.
