MySQL UDF with W7 X64

Recommended Posts

I developed a software autoit using MySQL UDF (of cdkid).
The original development was done under Windows 7 x86 with ODBC 3.51.28 (mysql-connector-odbc-3.51.28-win32) but I just switch to Windows 7 X64 and then nothing works: not launch the program can not establish the connection by autoit. But the SQL server works fine (management with PHPMYADMIN + MySQL Workbench).
To all launches I see:
"[...] Line 27 (File .... mysql.au3)
$ Objeconn.open ("driver = ..............................) ^ ERROR
Error The requested action with this object Has Failed "
Can you help me?
Which version is compatible X64?
If my library (MySQL UDF - cdkid) is not compatible X64, you can advise me which one?
Should the new library does not demand too much change in the software ...
Thank you to you :)

What happens if you recompile your AutoIt application as x86 and use your 32-bit driver?

This wonderful site allows debugging and testing regular expressions (many flavors available). An absolute must have in your bookmarks.
Another excellent RegExp tutorial. Don't forget downloading your copy of up-to-date pcretest.exe and pcregrep.exe here

With odbc 3.51.28 32bit + compilation in 32 too, 'Error: the requested actions with this object Has Failed "
Same thing when I spend all x64: Compilation x64 + x64 drivers: Even mistake ...
If I compile in x64 and takx32 driver my back test error on the SQL connection told me he misses the driver ...
Ditto if I do the same thing with a compilation driver 32bit + x64 ...
With version "magic" : mysql-connector-odbc-3.51.28-win64
I combined the two cases: 32bit and x64 compilation with the same message at the start: "Error: the requested actions with this object Has Failed"
As a program of more than 10,000 lines made in the course of my business, if there is a compatible X64 MySQL UDF and not requiring too much change, I'm interested.
I await your opinion :)
