WinMove not working with IE or Chrome

WinMove works with Firefox but not IE or Chrome.

Anyone else encountered this problem?

I have passed the correct window name (I used WinGetTitle("[active]") to be sure)

Versions: IE 9. Chrome 28

It's the same thing for IE, except for the title :

WinMove(" - Windows Internet Explorer", "", 50, 50)

Ack. IE resists. There is no "Windows Internet Explorer" in the window name/title. This must be the block.
