How to start Autoit Recorder

Recommended Posts

shiv

Hi Auto-IT Team

I have installed Autoit Recorder(version- 1.0.0.1) But when i try to use it an error window is thrown with text written below

"The program can't start because MSVCR71D.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

I have uninstall it and then installed it again but same issue is occurring. Can you please suggest what should i do to resolve this

Thanks

Update the version of AutoIt you're using, not sure what version you're using right now but there's no version 1.0.0.1 in any of my installations of AutoIt. You will probably need to also download the latest Scite4AutoIt3 to get the full package of tools.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
