Check the color code of window is obscured by other windows. Can you help me with this problem are not?

I am hoping this example will gently guide you into the wonderful world of AutoIt script writing.

This script activates a particular existing window so that the colour of a particular pixel on that window may be obtained.

You cannot use PixelSearch on a hidden window. Somewhere on the forum there is a example function which can search a screenshot of a window in memory, but you would have to activate the window from time to time to grab the screenshot. So you are probably out of luck, sorry.
