not able to read the text of a prompt window poped up by operating system

Hi All,

I am installing a 64bit software on 32-bit WIN7, when i try to install the software, a window is popped up with following text

"The installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor."

This text is not viewed by AutoIT window info.

i need to use this text in my script , is there some other way i can get this text.

because i want to use this text in winwait function

Try using> this function

It prints out all the information. I use this when the helper tool is unable to show something..
