c.haslam
PowerDesk has a feature called Dialog Helper. When you do File | Open in most applications, there is a directory icon in the upper right corner of the dialog box, next to the close icon. Click on it, and you see a drop-down list of previous directories from which this application has opened files. Choose one, and the FileOpen dialog opens this directory. I find this feature very useful. Dialog Helper runs at start-up. Perhaps someone would suggest how to begin writing a dialog helper in AutoIt.
