Autoit detection?

Good afternoon everyone, I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask this question. I'm trying to use my auto it script on a particular software and it seems like they have a way to detect auto it scripts and the software auto shuts down, looks like they also have, notepad under the radar. Basically my scripts all work just the way I want however as soon as I launch my script, or notepad... the software closes - even if the script is compiled. Is there any way to bypass this? I know they're specifically targeting autoit because I can use the same scripts in other programs such as autohotkey or a generic macro software.

You are being very vague here ...so define "particular software" and be explicit in what your issue is.

Why are you so keen to try and circumvent security restrictions put in place by sysadmins in the first place ? they will not take kindly on it.
