Changing an href link target??

So I am having the issue of when I use autoit to click on an IE link, it opens it in a new tab instead of just navigating to the page.

The only reason I can think of is that the target for the links are different. here is a picture of what im talking about.

 

so the first link has a target of fra_main and the second link has the target of fra_Main.

This is the only difference between the two.

Also, the frame name is fra_Main on the site so im assuming that there is some type of error which is making it go to a new page.

 

So is there a way to change the target from fra_main to fra_Main??
