Moderators Melba23 Posted December 17, 2013 Moderators Share Posted December 17, 2013 dickjones007,Assuming that the file is in the ini standard format of key=value (which your example is not) I would use IniReadSection to extract the content and then a simple nested loop to get the elements into a single string for the edit control.But I question whether this is a sensible approach to editing an ini file as you are at the mercy of the user not messing up the standard format when it comes to saving the altered content. I would strongly suggest another method - if you can explain exactly what you want the user to be able to edit, we can come up with a more suitable solution.
