Override doesn't work in GUISetCursor()

Hi there,

There's smth wrong in GUISetCursor() behaviour since 3.3.10 update, override doesn't work anymore. Could anybody test and confirm I'm not the only one experiencing the problem? Say, it keeps changing to default cursor when mousing over and edit control even if override is set to 1 (no GUICtrlSetCursror() has been used on that control).

P.S. and since you're here, do you have any idea on possible workaround?)

Thanks!

How about posting a reproducer that shows the behavior you're concerned about, rather than asking people to guess?

You're right that'd be better. Hete it is, it suppose to show NO icon at all times, but it changes to IBEAM when mousing over edit. IIRC it behaved differently in 3.3.8:

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

Global $gui  = GUICreate ("Test", 200, 100)
GUICtrlCreateEdit ("", 10, 10, 100, 50)

GUISetCursor (7, 1, $gui)

GUISetState (@SW_SHOW, $gui)

While GUIGetMsg () <> $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
WEnd

BTW it seems I've created topic in the wrong forum, it should be in GUI Help and Support.

mjolnirmarkiv,

It is fixed in v3.3.11.3: :)

Fixed #2566: "override" cursor in GUISetCursor() fails inside client area.

Fixed #2573: "override" cursor in GUISetCursor() fails outside of client area.
