Where the best place to i put functions of a script with a GUI?

My personal sequence is as follows:

directives
#include files
Opts
Global declarations
HotKeys
Ini reading
Main script (including GUI if there is one)
Message registering
Main idle loop
Functions
Of course this is only a suggestion and there is no "correct" solution. The only thing about which you need to be careful is making sure that variables are declared before they are first referenced - there is no problem with the location of functions. ;)

I'll throw in my 2 cents.

I prefer to have all my functions in a separate include library, excluding the buttons on the GUI, and use the main script with the GUI in it solely for logical expression of the functions called by the buttons.
