I have a problem which I have no idea as to what causing it and so to solve it. Here's my code to install Adobe Acrobat 7.0,

Run ( "msiexec /i AcroPro.msi TRANSFORMS=AcrobatNonHonest_en_US.mst ")

$INSTALLED = "FALSE"

Do

; Adobe Acrobat 7.0 - Setup

$TITLE = "Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT = "&Next >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8809, "Button1")

ENDIF

; Welcome to the Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional Setup

$TITLE = "Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT = "&Next >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8809, "Button1")

ENDIF

; Are you sure you want to cancel Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional installation?

$TITLE = "Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT = "&No"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, "Button1")

ENDIF

; Select EULA Language

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT="&Next >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8809, "Button1")

EndIf

; End User License Agreement

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT="&Accept >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8809, "Button2")

EndIf

; Customer Information

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT=""

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlSend($TITLE, $TEXT, "RichEdit20W3", $LICENSE )

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, "RichEdit20W3")

EndIf

; Customer Information

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

;$TEXT="&Next >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, "Button1")

EndIf

; Caching the Installer

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT="&Next >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8809, "Button1")

EndIf

; PDFMaker Installation and Integration Information

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT="&Next >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8809, "Button1")

EndIf

; Setup Type

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT="&Next >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8809, "Button5")

EndIf

; Destination Folder

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT="&Next >"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8809, "Button1")

EndIf

; Ready to Install the Program

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT="&Update"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8810, "Button2")

EndIf

; Setup Completed.

$TITLE="Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional - Setup"

$TEXT="&Finish"

if WinExists($TITLE, $TEXT) Then

WinActivate($TITLE, $TEXT)

$INSTALLED = "TRUE"

ControlClick($TITLE, $TEXT, 8901, "Button1")

EndIf

Sleep(250)

Until $INSTALLED = "TRUE"

It runs but at the installation section of the installer, it seems to interpreting the script as wanting to be cancelled I've currently scripted it to say no and continue on the install but it's not an idea solution. The script been tested on a few other machines with the same issue occuring. How can I track down the problem, or do you know what the solution is?

There are more switches to MSIEXEC.EXE like /qb that will let you do a silent install w/o hot-keying...

Yes yes yes, there it was. Youth must go, ah yes. But youth is only being in a way like it might be an animal. No, it is not just being an animal so much as being like one of these malenky toys you viddy being sold in the streets, like little chellovecks made out of tin and with a spring inside and then a winding handle on the outside and you wind it up grrr grrr grrr and off it itties, like walking, O my brothers. But it itties in a straight line and bangs straight into things bang bang and it cannot help what it is doing. Being young is like being like one of these malenky machines.
