RunWait(@ComSpec & " /C " & $sCommand, "", @SW_HIDE)

replace $sCommand with the shutdown command

Well the command window is minimized....its always open while the server is running. Would that still work for it?

ControlSend is what you want I think. This works if it is minimized or not. Replace Foobar with the string you want to send.

ControlSend("C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe", "", "", "Foobar")
