WINHTTP Get Image By ID

Hey guys, I want to know how I can download image from web by using ID from html 

Because always when I reload page or use link from html I get other image

On web it looks like this:

<img id="siimage" src="/etc/InventoryImages.php?width=100b=42308eb8baf6264f533deb7d8ce40d0b">

I cant send msg to php script because I get other image.

I must get image from one session by ID

Any ideas?
