Scan a window for pixel matches (specific text)

I am wondering if Autoit has the capability to search a screen and alert me if it finds text within a window's search results (the text is not highlight-able/selectable) 

and would look something like this

while repeatedly clicking the "Search" button every 10 seconds.

if it does find a match that contains the "0.5" i am looking for it would either play a sound file to alert me to come back to my computer or a windows alert popup.

is it possible with AutoIt?

Depends on the screen you are searching in, did you try using AutoIt Window Info? are you doing a normal windows search inside windows explorer? what did you try so far?
