reading text and moving it

I want to make something , but I need to be able to read text in a .txt file.

the text are username's and passwords, they are in this format:

txt file :

username1|password1

username2|password2

username3|password3

....

How can I move the first line ( username1|password1 ) to another txt file and make the second line  (username2|password2) the first line.

so it will be something like this

txt file:                                                txt file 2:

username2|password2                username1|password1

username3|password3

...

and then I need to be able to split the username and password, so that I can use it to log in.

so that I get something like this:

$user = username1

$pass = password1

lanadekat,

First, welcome to the AutoIt forums. :)

Can you please explain why you are using a text file of usernames and passwords to "log in"?

Unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in. Please read them now (there is also a link at bottom right of each page) - particularly the bit about not discussing game automation - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked. :naughty:

See you soon with a legitimate question I hope. :)
