Is there a easy way to keep a child window inside the parent window?

I have a main window with a menu of options. When someone selects the new action and it opens a window, I would like for the child window to remail inside the current mail window. It cannot move out of the main window and it moves with the main window.

Is there an easy way to do that? I have already told the child window that the mainwindow is its parent.
