Detect Multi Screen Type

Recommended Posts

Hello all

I am running dual screens and I am currently trying to resolve a problem I keep having whereby whenever I log off and log back on the dual screen type keeps switching from extended view (which I like), to only show on screen 2 (which i dont like).

I am aware of the DisplaySwitch.exe program which makes life easy when it comes to changing the screen display type, but I am at a loss when it comes to detecting which type of display is currently active (i.e. whether it is cloned, extended, only displayed on one of the two screens). I was just wondering whether there was a way to detect this.

Thanks in advance
