Rather than just deleting the content of your OP, why not leave the question and post the solution you found? The whole idea of the forum is so that everyone can learn - what you have done here runs completely contrary to that ethos. ;)

Ok sorry, my question was how can I find if a specific window has the scroll bars on it, and I resolved it myself via verifying the pixels from the window if the scroll bars arrows exists :P
