How to clear all the Office Clipboard?

Recommended Posts

I have been trying to get your script to work, but I have had no luck. Apparently, Word's clipboard is separate from the operating system.

I thought if there were some kind of shortcut key to perform this function in Word, then that could be a solution. I found a pdf that shows all shortcut keys in Word, but there is none to clear the clipboard.

Sorry, but I don't see any way to accomplish your task.

If you are referring to the Clip Organizer that comes with MS Office, it uses its own little database to collect and keep "clips".

Find where it storing these and build a little script to delete the database.
