Scrappy53,

Please stop adding "My Language İs Dickass" to each of your threads. If you are trying to tell us that your English is not perfect, we are quite well aware. ;)

I know it's old post, but if someone still have this problem, theres a solution:

_FTP_Connect ( $hInternetSession, $sServerName, $sUsername, $sPassword, 1 )
Passive mode is set to 0, you need to set it to 1.
Don't forget to check FTP server port, if it is 21. If it's not 21, then write port after passive mode parameter:
_FTP_Connect ( $hInternetSession, $sServerName, $sUsername, $sPassword, $sPassive, 21 )
By the way, _FTP_FileGetSize output is in Uint64(Unit64 = 8 bytes), and _FTP_FileRead input is in bytes(1 byte = 0.125 Unit64).

It should slove problem. :)

After switching years ago to Linux, sadly I don't use AutoIt anymore.
