Need some help with a loop timer (longer plant times afk)

This is my code

I have tride this but its not quite right

            $afk = 600000; 10 min
            If $afk < $minutes Then ; check to see how long plant will take to grow
                $d = $afk / $minutes ; divide plant time by afk mode
            EndIf;

            If $d > 1 Then;
                For $i = 1 to $d ;loop for afk mode
                Send("{space}");
                Sleep(100);
                Next;
                EndIf;
                Sleep($afk) ; Timer for seed
