As in when you start Scite lite it opens all the scripts in a directory? What is Scite Lite?

Get Scite to add a popup when you use a 3rd party UDF -> http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/scite/docs/SciTE4AutoIt3/user-calltip-manager.html

SciTE lite is probably one way to call the default install, which is not the Full version of SciTE, that you have to download as a separate file.

I'll let a SciTE expert answer the main question, for I've never tried that.
