AutoIT script-Part of CI with Selenium

I am new to AutoIT, I have a query.

I integrated my Selenium code with AutoIT to upload file to my application. Just sending file path to window file open popup.It works fine on my local machine, but when it is part of CI where scripts run on automation server, the upload fails. I see the AutoIT being triggered in task manager,but looks like the file path not typed into popup as "No File" error displayed. Unable to view what is happening as things are running in background when script triggered through buildmaster( similar to Jenkins).
