The forum is a place where people ask questions as specifically as possible, preferably with a code example that shows the thing that one is asking about. That last part is important, especially for newbies, as it shows that you're actually trying and often helps to prevent confusion.The clearer the question and the reproducer and the more effort you show (think "help us help you"), the more likely it is that someone more knowledgeable will devote time to teach you. Even with newbie questions - this forum is very newbie-friendly, as long as they're willing to learn.Going 1-on-1 is a bad idea for many reasons, none of which should really need spelling out.
