IniWrite dosent work

I dont know why IniWrite dosent work. In my 2 pc's (xp) work great but if ill start my program on laptop (vista) iniwrite dosen't work ;/ Do you know why? ;/

"IniWrite('C:\ABC.ini','CBA','Startowa',$startowa)"

Xp's and vista is 32bit

Seems you forgotten the Forum Rules, so please read them again.
