Run at specific time..

I was wondering if i could have a script that checks the time, and if its a set time, itll do something, the script runs a game, and at 8PM/AM they refresh the server, i wanted it to sleep for 5 min at 8, then relogin, but i cant just randomize the login, it needs to be at 8.
