AutoIt in another account, Windows

I need control a software with AutoIt in a user account that is active and it have a software in execution, but this account is not in use for the users.

It's posible? and how?

Can you please explain this more? Do you mean you're trying to run the application under administrative credentials for a non-admin user? What is the application you're trying to manipulate?
