Buttons inside GuiCtrlCreateEdit

What is the best way to create Buttons inside GuiCtrlCreate Edit. How to do it dynamically, especially when the buttons are hidden. I try to explain- When you scroll down the edit box- more new and new buttons are rolling up while the previous buttons are hiding?

And what about a simple child gui popup-style with scrollbars ?
