HomepageScript

Hi!

I will post a tool that I called HomepageScript tomorrow.

It can generate HTML files with some interactive methods. It supports:

- templates which can be used for more than one file

- include files into other ones

- text file database queries

In this way, you generate your HTML files offline and load them to your provider. This means, that for easy database things which require no server-/client interaction you do not need PHP-support of your Provider which is not that cheap (at least in Germany).

Please give your opinion about that!

p.s. I'm working on a new German AutoIt page which will be located at www.autoit.de.vu and online tomorrow too, I hope.

Hi!

Come on, Valuater, that's not too hard *g*. Just give the path to your IE in the settings.ini as I used my German Firefox path.

Peethebee,

You never stop to amaze me! B)

I guess your next step will be to read data from an ODBC-data source. :o

Before you know it we're talking 'Content Management System' here! :graduated:

Keep up your work and marvellous ideas!!

Hi!

Thank you very much for your warm words towards me :) . It feels very good.

Who needs ODBC if he has plain text files? :D

Does anybody of you have a usage for it?
