How to run pixelsearch while mouseclick is on sleep

Okay so can i get help on how i can make my script make the mouse click sleep while still running pixel search?

 

 This is in compliance with the rules?


        Opt("MouseCoordMode", 1)
        MouseClick("left", Random(1077, 1257), Random(859, 969), 1, 0)   ; how can i make this sleep and while it sleeps run pixel search
        Sleep(10000)
