How do I send "Hotkey" strokes to my desktop?

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I should like to send the hotkey combination [Ctrl] + [Win] + [R] to my desktop.

When I press this key combination on my keyboard, it does exactly what it is supposed to do; which is to select the next random image, as wallpaper.

I have tried to make the same function in AutoIt, " Send("^#R") ", but here it does not work.
Am I missing something important here?

You can try

send("{CTRLDOWN}{LWINDOWN}R")

Sleep (250)

Send("{CTRLUP}{LWINUP}")

Get Scite to add a popup when you use a 3rd party UDF -> http://www.autoitscript.com/autoit3/scite/docs/SciTE4AutoIt3/user-calltip-manager.html
