How to save mail merged Docx as simple Docx?

Hi friends

I have a word documents merged with excel file.I want to copy the document from D drive to Desktop , but as a simple Document.(Not merged document) .How to remove the dialog ( Screenshot attached herewith) which asking for link to database every time when opening the document.

I have to send the documents saved onĀ  Desktop by email to another place.

Can anybody help me ?
