Hello,

I am having a server (Windows 7) without display unit on it. When the server starts it logons automatically to user nico.

I access the server via Remote desktop on a screen with 1920x1080 resolution.

I have a scipt that saves a screenshot to disk. The script works oke (and with resolution of 1920x1080) when i am connected to the server via Remote Desktop.

The script doesnot work when there is no connection via Remote desktop.

How can i solve this problem. Is there something like a virtual monitor with resolution of 1920x1080?

The code looks like this:

#include <ScreenCapture.au3>
$adreslogging="https://portal.atag-one.com/Device/Logging/6808-1401-3106_14-51-002-146"
$titlelogging="User portal - Logging"
 $oIE = _IECreate ()
 _IENavigate ($oIE, $adreslogging)
WinActivate ( $titlelogging )
WinSetState ( $titlelogging, "", @SW_MAXIMIZE )
send("{ALT}{PRINTSCREEN}")    ; Maak screenshot
$hBmp = _ScreenCapture_Capture("")
_ScreenCapture_SaveImage("d:\GDIPlus_Image.jpg", $hBmp)

 Thanks in advance,

WinActivate and Send will not work on a logged off computer. You might get it to work if it's logged in, but not if the screen is locked or the screensaver is running. Use ControlSend instead of Send to send the keys to the window you want to send to.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
