How to lock cursor movement within fps game

Hello, i am having issues with my aim bot script. There are two modes in the FPS game that i play, one is the typical FPS mode where you look around and the 2nd one is the game UI mode where you may click things on the UI. This is happens in counter strike if any of you play, which this isn't for. This script is for a MMORPGFPS  video game which this scripted aimbot is for PVE only not to kill other players. I want to have my alt shoot arrows at the target i have set up in the script. 

So the issue is when i go into FPS mode i look around, when i go into UI mode the mouse isn't in center. What i am saying is that my cursor is moving around (within the game window) while looking around. The issue is when my aimbot picks up the color it tries moves the cursor (thats in the back ground) to the color location, so when this happens in FPS mode it goes crazy looking all around not even close to the target. When in UI mode it works the way i want it to known as the aimbot where it moves the cursor to the color. So i need a way to stop or lock the cursor in the back ground to stay in the center of the ingame crosshair so it'll aim at the target. I am very sorry if its hard to read this, my english isn't that great. Thanks ahead of time and ask questions please if you need too.
